If the appraisal is cancelled prior to 48 hours of the property inspection, there will be a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

If the appraisal is cancelled within 0-48 hours of the property inspection, there will be a full refund minus the 3% credit card processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.

If the appraisal is cancelled after the property inspection, there will be no refund.

Fee is non-refundable for any reason after the appraisal has been completed.

If the appraiser inspects the property and determines that they cannot complete the appraisal for the stated fee, there will be a full refund minus an inspection fee of $150 for in-metro properties and up to $500 for out-of-metro properties.

Client understands that Top Corner Appraisal will schedule time to complete this assignment and may turn down new business opportunities and income in expectation of completing this assignment.
